  • Chicken Breasts: 2 large (halved horizontally into 4 thin cutlets)
  • Olive Oil & Butter: 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp butter
  • Garlic: 3 cloves (minced)
  • Sun-Dried Tomatoes: 1/2 cup (chopped, in oil)
  • Heavy Cream: 1/2 cup
  • Chicken Broth: 1/2 cup
  • Parmesan Cheese: 1/3 cup (freshly grated)
  • Seasonings: 1 tsp Italian herbs, 1/2 tsp chili flakes, salt & black pepper to taste
  • Garnish: Fresh basil leaves

​Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. SEAR THE CHICKEN

Season chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken cutlets for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.

2. SAUTร‰ GARLIC & SUN-DRIED TOMATOES

In the same pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and chopped sun-dried tomatoes. Sautรฉ for about 1 minute until fragrant and jammy.

3. MAKE THE CREAMY SAUCE

Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir in the freshly grated parmesan cheese, Italian herbs, chili flakes, and a pinch of salt and black pepper. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook until the sauce thickens and becomes luscious.

4. ADD CHICKEN & FINISH
